Privacy notice

This website is deliberately simple and collects the minimum personal data needed to operate.

Reach me

When you write through the form, it collects your name, email, organisation, role, what you need, your message and your timeframe, plus, if you choose to give them, the size of your organisation and how you found this site.

• Purpose. To reply to you and work out whether there is a fit. That is the only purpose. Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold or shared with anyone else.
• Storage. Submissions are stored on Cloudflare's network, in Workers KV and in a Cloudflare D1 database that keeps the history of requests, and trigger a single notification email to Bernardo, sent through Cloudflare Email Routing. Nothing is passed to any other company. Only Bernardo can read them.
• Retention. They are kept while the request is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted automatically.
• Your rights. You may ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time. Write through the form or reply to any email from Bernardo.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, along with a small set of interaction events such as "contact form submitted". No cookies are set, nothing tracks you across sites, and no personal identifiers are collected.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, and the form and assistant run on Cloudflare Workers. Standard technical logs, including IP address and user agent, may be processed transiently by that infrastructure for security and delivery.
